Matrix Audio Limited Warranty

Please read the details of our warranty policy before submitting the form.

Products must be registered within 30 days of purchase in order to activate the warranty.

What this warranty covers.

Matrix Audio warrants to the original purchaser of this Matrix Audio product that the product shall be free of defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship.

What the period of coverage is.

Matrix Audio warrants the Matrix Audio product for 365 days starting from the date of purchase.

What will we do to correct problems?

Product Warranty.

Matrix Audio will replace, at its option, any defective product free of charge (except for shipping charges for the product) with an identical Matrix Audio product. Matrix Audio reserves the right to discontinue any of its products without notice. In the event that Matrix Audio is unable to replace the product with an identical Matrix Audio product (for example, because it has been discontinued), Matrix Audio will provide a replacement of another product from Matrix in an amount equal to the purchase price of the product.

What is not covered by this warranty?

All above warranties are null and void if the Matrix Audio product is not provided to Matrix Audio for inspection upon Matrix Audio’s request at the sole expense of the purchaser, or if Matrix Audio determines that the Matrix Audio product has been improperly installed, altered in any way or tampered with. This limited warranty does not protect against acts of God such as flood, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, normal-use wear and tear, erosion, depletion, obsolescence, abuse, or damage due to power disturbances (i.e. brownouts or sags). This limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or repair cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the Matrix Audio product.

How to get service.  

To get service for your Matrix Audio product you must take the following steps: 


  1. Fill out the online form with all necessary details, including a copy of the proof of purchase.
  2. Await response from our Customer Support Team, details will be confirmed and an invoice for shipping will be sent.
  3. Issue payment for the shipping charges and the replacement will be shipped within 48 hours.
